Refund Policy for Edufest India 2025

  • Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the organizer cancels the seminar due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 4-6 weeks after the event's completion, and an administrative fee of INR 500 per registration will be deducted.

  • No Refund for Postponement: No refund will be issued if the organizer postpones the seminar to a later date due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be available for seminar registration if written notification is received between four (4) weeks and two (2) weeks before the seminar start date.

  • Special Events: All fees for special events, if any, are non-refundable.
